Steps to reproduce:

1. I have opened a website with the file:// protocol which triggers mozRequestFullScreen().


Actual results:

Firefox asked me if I want to allow the fullscreen mode but without the option to store the answer for this site.


Expected results:

There are 2 possibilities:
1. As this is the file:// protocol it is maybe not needed to explicitly ask to enable the fullscreen mode.
2. Otherwise it should be possible to store the answer on the path like it is possible on http:// protocol.
