Details

We might want to do OS X builds on Linux. One thing that's currently hard is producing DMG files on non-Mac. A cursory Google search indicates that people have had success with this library: https://github.com/hamstergene/libdmg-hfsplus per http://stackoverflow.com/a/17735033/69326
