922209 - Add 3rd party keyboard support to our feature detection buchets

Some new devices are supporting 3rd party keyboards.  We should be able to detect that on devices and offer them the right apps.  From an email I got:

> We should check |window.navigator.mozInputMethod| for 3rd-party keyboard support.
