We need to create a simple page that allows people to sign up for this beta feature. They should be able to enter the email they use for webmaker.org into a form field. Form shouldn't be google docs. We should simply store a CSV list of names on S3.
As discussed, we will be turning out beta functionality for all users, so this is no longer valid
