The license agreement is incorrectly layed out, overlapping with the
Accept/Reject buttons. If you reload the page, it gets correctly layed out. This
is happening on RH 7.1 SMP with build 2001072506.

I can't reproduce this because the page is referencing a non-existent image. If
the presence of that image causes this bug, this is a duplicate of "INPUT and
TEXTAREA control's value misplaced on reflow"
