Text entered in text input types on the form appears several inches above where
it should.  This happens on both Windows 2000 with build 2001072503 and Redhat
Linux 6.2 with build 2001072308

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Point browser to http://www.variety.com/index.asp?layout=online_login
2. Click in one of the text forms and start typing


Actual Results:  The letters began appearing in the browser window well above
the actual text input boxes

Expected Results:  The letters should appear inside of the text boxes
