What did you do?
================
1. Signed up for the beta site on desktop Firefox 24
2. Browsed to developer.mozilla.org on my ZTE Open Firefox phone (yes, I have a unit!)
3. Tried to browse the site, read articles, etc.
What happened?
==============
Much of the text is so small it's unreadable, and the navigation is difficult. It's almost usable in landscape orientation but not in portrait.
What should have happened?
==========================
I was expecting something a bit more 'responsive' since that's a goal of the site. The ZTE Open is a hard test to pass, to be sure - I'm guessing this will play fine on my 7-inch Android tablet running Nightly.
Is there anything else we should know?
======================================
Summary: MDN Beta site is hare to read on a ZTE Open phone → MDN Beta site is hard to read on a ZTE Open phone

znmeb: can you retest it now? Our layout has evolved a lot in the last couple of weeks and it should be better (if not, please list the problems you still see).
At least it appears better on desktop with a small window size. (If the original problem is still there, I suspect a UA problem in the middle to).

It's better. Since I posted the bug I've managed to get my ZTE flashed with B2G 1.2 preview. There are still a couple of rough spots:
1. Scrolling can push the text off-screen. I haven't looked at the CSS, not that I can read CSS anyhow, but it seems to me you want the whole column between the left and right edges.
2. Towards the bottom of the HTML5 page there are some header words that over-write each other.
Is there a bug for proof-reading the site? Seems like you could put out a call on the blog for that and crowd-source it, preferable among people who know CSS.
