(Whiteboard: [bugday-20131007])

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131003030203 Steps to reproduce: Loaded a webpage with Flash audio content. Actual results: Flash destroyed my system audio (cracking/distortions), forcing a reboot. Expected results: plugins.click_to_play used to work properly, and you'd have to explicitly click on the element for the plugin to activate. This was wonderful, however somewhere along the way a regression snuck in, and now all Flash content either loads or doesn't. I really don't like restarting my computer everytime Flash activates. From past experience, this is present on Linux as well as WindowsXP (32/64) and Windows 7. From my googling, this flash problem is pretty widespread, and has been an issue for years.

You can choose to make flash click-to-activate in the addon manager, but we are not going to do this by default.
