924007 - difficult to trace priority jobs through Socorro

Lars and I were digging into exactly why bug 922906 comes up - I am able to quite easily produce it by quickly inserting priority jobs into the system (which can all be done from the public sites).

While we believe bug 922906 is a fine fix for this, if we had more logging and correct comments this would be easier to debug in the future.
