Got this issue on Windows 8.1 using two monitors, a 17” and a 22” one.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Metro Firefox on the 17” monitor.
2. Drag it to the 22” monitor.

Expected results:
Metro firefox is displayed correctly on the 22" monitor.

Actual result
Metro firefox is not displayed on the entire surface (see attached screenshot).
