Steps to reproduce:

Went to page: http://us.blackberry.com/support.html 
Then clicked on the box that says Blackberry Smartphones, then tried to scroll down to select a phone, and noticed the whole page moved down as well. I saw this bug back in 2000 but I dont know why it says fixed if it is still happening...
I just want to point out that I am using a Macbook and so when I tried it on a PC or Mac desktop with the mouse wheel scroll, it didnt happen, so there is something about the laptop and its trackpad scrolling that might be the issue here..


Actual results:

List box items scrolled down, but the entire page in the background moved/scrolled as well...


Expected results:

The contents inside the list box should have scrolled only, not the entire web page.

Emilio thanks for reporting this. Perhaps it is a regression, do you remember the bug number of the fixed bug, I've searched for it but I've not found it.

I can reproduce this on the latest Nightly Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.8; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 ID:20131014080339
