graememcc needs the flag_type REST API changes from bug 741722 with additional fix in bug 838846 available on bmo in order to complete bug 924405.

I will push this to the prod repo after tomorrows tracking flag migration. So it should be live for next weeks push. In the meantime I have sent it to our devel instance for your verification that it looks good.
