I've checked in code to allow changing of a bookmark's URL. There's current a bug

in the builder where the new node appears to disappear. (Quit and rerun will show

the new bookmark.)

Okay, I'll rename the bug accordingly.

To reproduce:

1. Open "manage bookmarks"
2. Select a bookmark, and choose "Edit->Properties"
3. Change its URL
4. Click OK.
