User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/30.0.1599.69 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/netwerk/dns/effective_tld_names.dat?raw=1 cannot access in browser
Other files in http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/netwerk/dns/ appear to work, is just effective_tld_names.dat that causes "the connection was reset". (&raw=1 isn't required to see the failure).
