Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.2+) Gecko/20010723 BuildID: 2001072303 For the History sidebar and history window, clicking on the arrows next to the various subgroups does nothing at all. However, clicking on the intersection of dotted lines that is slightly to the right does expand the groups. Clicking on the arrow should have the response, not on the dotted-line intersection. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open history sidebar and/or history window 2. Open a top-level menu (Today for example) using the arrow 3. Try to expand a sublevel menu (bugzilla.mozilla.org for example) using the arrow. 4. Expand the sublevel menu using the intersection of the dotted lines Actual Results: 2. Works 3. Doesn't work. 4. Works Expected Results: 3 should work, 4 should not (it could work, but it shouldn't be the only method of working)
I believe I had the wrong component.

Yep. Essentially this is bug 80844. (Er, well, it is bug 80844, although it may not appear to be the same thing at first glance since the other bug is talking about the root issue). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 80844 ***
