Steps to reproduce:

Simply drag down the pull-down screen/overlay (what is the correct name?) in the homepage or in any application


Actual results:

Pull-down screen/overlay covers the screen but cannot be pulled back up. User must press Home button.


Expected results:

You should be able to hide the pull down screen by dragging it back up.
