This crash currently ranks #19 in Release, #29 in Beta, #6 in Aurora, and #11 in Nightly.

This crash first appeared on October 8, 2013 in the Firefox 25 explosivness reports which correlates to the release of Flash 11.9.900.117.
So the bug is that we don't have symbols for Flash 11.9.900.117?

Based on my discussion with Tracy on IRC this would seem to be the case. We can't tell if this is a new crash or an aggregate of known crashes until we have symbols.
While we are at it, 11.9.900.118 showed up today:
https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?signature=npswf32_11_9_900_118.dll%400x345a1d
I just sent a batch of symbols over for 117, and 118 will be there in a few minutes.
This no longer shows up in the topcrash reports so I assume it's been spread across multiple "real" signatures.
