Description:
Contact names with long first names will not be exported/imported correctly from the SIM. The contact's last name will be missing if they have a long first name.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131010004001
2)  Tap on the "Contacts" icon.
3)  Tap on the "+" icon to add a contact.
4)  Tap on the "Name" field and enter in a first name that has at least 25 characters.
5)  Tap on the "Last name" field and enter in a last name.
6)  Tap on the "Done" button to save the contact.
7)  Tap on the "Settings" icon.
8)  Tap on the "Export Contacts" button.
9)  Tap on the "Sim card".
10)  Tap on the contact with the long name to select it.
11)  Tap on "Export".
12)  After the contact has been exporteed, tap on "Import Contacts".
13)  Tap on "Sim card".
14)  After the contacts have been imported, tap the "Back" button.
15)  Tap the "Done" button on the settings page.
16)  Find the contact with the long name that was imported and tap on it.
17)  Tap the "Edit Contact" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Actual:
The last name of the contact is missing.

Expected:
The first name and the last name of the contact is exported/imported correctly regardless if they have a long name or not.

This issue occurs on Leo v 1.1.0 Mozilla but i don't know if this is a export or import issue. The last name is missing when importing a contact that has a long first name on v 1.1.0 but this version does not have export functionality. The contact was originally created and exported to the SIM on Buri v 1.2.0.

What is the maximum number of characters that can be stored on the name field of a SIM card record?

The maximum size of the name field depends on the SIM Card. Common ones are 14, 16 bytes, so generally 14~16 (SMS 7 bit) characters.

If UCS2 encoding is used there will be less. 6~7 UCS2 characters, (including 2 bytes for encoding information)
