Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto URL http://www.volkswagen.nl/pa_home.html
2. click 'Golf' picture on top of page (blue images)


Actual Results:  visible is a side frame, a top frame but the main frame with 
the information about golf is completely blank (white)

Expected Results:  frame is displayed.

this is Mozilla 9.2
IE 5 does this OK.
Works for Me - linux trunk build 2001072708

Please try a newer build -- 0.9.2 is kinda old....
confirming with win2k build 20010725..

I see the problem on Mac OS X.
This is the access-to-sibling-frame problem again, I think. That was marked
Wontfix, but I may reconsider as it seems to break a few sites.
