Hmm..
After cookie or Wallet info been created and told to remember for the page.
Come back to a page Little windows that you can close appear on very top left
corner. I think its windows is for the wallet feature trying to tell me somthing
to do but no contant displayed in there.

This is whats the app runner gave me.

I don't have a windows98 to try this on.  Do you have the problem on NT or 95?

Also could you please give a description of the exact steps that you take in
order to get to the blank window.  From what you said I am unable to reproduce
the problem.

Finally, I understand why wallet might be involved but why do you think this
involves cookies?

I d/l 1999070308,
deleted mozilla regristy file from /windows/ directory.
deleted old mozilla directory.
then ,
Visit Bugzilla page, asked me to log on, enter my e-mail and pass..
wallet asked me if i want the mozilla to remember that info, i choose Yes,.
browse around bugzilla or a bit visiti some other pages checking the product
out, then comes back to bugzilla and a small windows on Left Top conor pops up,
can't close it.. i have to kill apprunner to shut down mozilla.

found out that 1999070308 not a good one to test because I have some problems
ther like 'you can't submit the forms if they are alerdy stored in Sign-On's or
been set to refused.

The I deleted All the cookies and tried same problem so cookies is not the
problem.  I deleted all the sign-on and problem went away it came back after i
told it to remember the form values again.

OK, I tried it out and indeed it is a bug.  In fact it is a duplicate of a
another bug which was previously marked as a linux bug but I now realize is for
all platforms.

Unfortunately this bug is a regression that was recently introduced by some
change that netlib must have made to threading.  But all this will be different
again when necko lands so there is nothing we can do about this until after the
necko landing.
