What did you do?

1. Try MDN in 360x640 screen
2. Try MDN in 320x480 screen
3. Check in Manage API Keys responsive design and another pages

What happened?

Responsive design for header and footer broke

What should have happened?
==========================
Logo and Profile name and sign out button not merge, also in the footer seems there are merge space.

Is there anything else we should know?

There are two different problems here:

1. Headers: the image containing the logo, MDN and Mozilla Developer Network is too big for small devices.
We should drop the Mozilla Developer Network part in these cases.

2. Footer: the copyright text is squeezed and the combobox overlap it.
We should have:

  blablablablablabla
[Logo]    [Combobox]

in such screen.
