I'm not able to get the mobile site when spoofing as iOS (and not quite sure why...), but I'm afraid we'll have bigger problems if we do get served mobile.newsit.gr. They're using iWebkit (*shudders*) which only uses -webkit- prefixes, see: http://mobile.newsit.gr/css/style.css. The viewport is also in bad shape due to their meta viewport settings (presumably because it looked good on an iPhone 4 or something). So the site needs to add -moz-/prefixless CSS and fix the meta viewport otherwise the desktop site will be the better experience here.

When I created a spreadsheet of the Greek mobile sites, I didn't have web compatibility and redirection issues in mind. In this case I must have found for the mobile site through google instead of getting redirected there or even finding a link in their page. Sorry for that. So I don't know even if they actively support the mobile site. So they don't seem to redirect to the mobile site for anyone, but I'll contact them to see if the issues you discovered with the webkit prefixes and viewport can be fixed.

The redirection is one. The css webkit thingy is another one. How about opening a new bug with a see also. This bug was about the redirection with the domain http://newsit.gr/ :)

The redirection is not enabled. The new version has clean css layout and yes -moz is included :) Thank you for the info. I will check the viewport meta and css to see if we can create a patch quickly or wait for the new version.

The new version: http://mobile.newsit.gr/new/ We are experiencing some 3G issues with broken downloads we still trying to solve. On the FirefoxOS emulator the site seems to render well.

Awesome! Thanks for the update Fotis. The new site is made with jQuery Mobile, so it works well with Firefox browsers.
