When you move our mouse to hyper links on the page, the link is highlighted
(change from blue to red).
scroll the page using the wheel provided by wheel mouse without  moving the
mouse, the highlighted link remain red even the mouse arrow is no longer pointed
to the link.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
You must use a wheel mouse to produce this bug.
1. open the link http://www.zdnet.com
2. move the mouse on a hyperlink, say move it on "download" link.
3. the link is highlighted (turn to red)
4. Scroll the wheel without moving the mouse
5. The page scoll up (or down) but the links your mouse no longer points to are
still remain highlighted.


Actual Results:  Lot of links is highlighted. Though your mouse no longer
pointed to the link.

Expected Results:  Unhighligt the link that the mouse is not pointing to.

Probably it works for window 98 too. Havn't tested this on Window 9X
