2. Press A and J at the same time with two different fingers
Result:
Any key between A and J will be inserted.

This is a regression introduced in 1.2. It is not in 1.1.

Clearing flag, investigating whether it has something to do with my device...

Alright. Tracked it down to the touchscreen of the GeeksPhone Keon. Load this page in the browser: https://c9.io/janjongboom/comoyo/workspace/touch.html. Now do two fingers on the same height but one on the left, one on the right. The touch will be interpolated between the two fingers. I'm fine with one finger tracking if multitouch is not possible, but interpolating is a big major WTF to me.
F.e. Alcatel device tracks down only one finger if two fingers are close to each other.
Maybe GP has more info.
