Procedure: Go from a secure URL, through a link, to an insecure URL.

Expected: Dialog box pops up warning that the new site is insecure BEFORE THE
REQUEST IS SENT. Request can be cancelled from this dialog.

Actual: Dialog has only an "OK" button, making it useless and a severe security
risk.
