Procedure: Go from a secure URL, through a link, to an insecure URL. Expected: Dialog box pops up warning that the new site is insecure BEFORE THE REQUEST IS SENT. Request can be cancelled from this dialog. Actual: Dialog has only an "OK" button, making it useless and a severe security risk. Build: 2001072703 Win98
