When you scroll down, right after the title scrolls off the screen, the body text column jumps way over to the right about 2 inches (5cm), and becomes partly obscured by the TOC. See screen capture attached.
I tried this with Firefox 24, IE10, Google Chrome 30.0.1599.69 m.
