STR
1. On a phone matching the environment above go to Settings then turn "Enable USB Storage" on.
2. Plug a USB cable into the phone and a PC
3. Confirm that the phone shows as a connected USB storage device on your PC.
4. Turn off the phone's display by tapping the power button or allowing it to auto turn off.
5. Observe that the phone is no longer shown as a connected USB Storage device on your PC.
Expected Behavior:
Step 5 in the STR above shouldn't occur. The phone should still show as a connected USB storage device.
