Details

A fully ready < then 1gig vm AND/OR a docker for a fully functional BMO bugzilla instance (that we can update)
Working on this now... This is really useful for testing bugzilla rest clients too (which we need for shepherd)

In end the box will be hosted on s3 and usage will be a very simple vagrant file... The provisioning stuff in the repo is mostly for building that box (so we can update boxes over time).
