In the sidebar menu, we now have a link called 'View Communication Dashboard'. How about just 'Messages' or 'Communications' - i.e. drop the dashboard bit from the description. The link could just be 'View Messages'

That's fine, the link names are shortened on the My Submission page. It'll say "View Messages" on the sidebar of the app devhub page (/developers/app/MYAPP/edit)
