str: 1) visit a page with an image 2) press hold on image and select save to image library result: app bar is displayed. dismiss this with the x 3) repeat for another image result: no download app is displayed wikipedia works well for testing.

This works as expected for me with local build and official nightly. Possibly fixed as a side-effect of the fix for bug 936897
