IMO, this could be moved to v1.4 or later versions. Sandip, what do you think?

This looks like a duplicate of user stories in bugzilla. Can you double check pls?

This wasn't included or even mentioned specifically in any user story in FxOS v1.3. In bug 918533, the acceptance criteria does not include this topic as well. So, it looks like we can defer this to v1.4. How about it?

It is in UX spec and I thought it is part of the settings user story. Remove dependency.
