The expected url and actual url should be switched, otherwise the test output is described incorrectly:

Fixing this will change the error messages associated with existing bugs. I don't think there's much room for confusion, but it might be best to comment on existing "URL typed properly" bugs and/or give the sheriffs a heads-up when landing this fix.
