Currently, I am 'dog-fooding' an Inari device running 1.3 (mozilla-central) and I am still finding it very difficult to drag application shortcuts between home-screens. The edge detection when my finger is at the side of the phone with a shortcut semi off-screen still does not automatically shift over to the next home-screen. Rarely will the next home-screen shift into view. 

Expected: Easier edge detection when moving application shortcuts between home-screens. At least on par with iOS.

Actual: Bad edge detection; home-screen rarely automatically shifts into view when dragging application shortcuts to the edge of the screen

FxOS 2.0 and above currently uses a vertical home screen and we're not supporting the old home screen.
