Touch scrolling 'works' except that the the layout gets messed up as seen in the attachement

Testing on latest tip, I can't touch-scroll on facebook at all. Scroll wheel works fine.

Filed bug 934420 - APZC scrolling stops working if page layout changes during a scroll
