Overview I opened todays build of Seamonkey, and the first QA page came up with its layout all messed up. I then opened the Bugzilla link from the personal toolbar and found the same problem. Screenshots of what I saw are at the reference URL. Steps to reproduce 1) Open Seamonkey -- layout is odd 2) Open bugzilla from toolbar link -- layout is odd Build and Platform Build # 1999070508, Win95, P166, 32 MB RAM
Michael, did you install over an old build? Try deleting your \seamonkey directory and re-installing
I reinstalled and saw no problems. Should we be worrying about the fact that reinstalling over an old build screws things up?

No, not at this stage. I think it was due to some auto-registry changes. I will release note it however. Marking fixed and verified.
