The Add to Home Screen title gets truncated when the user tries to add web content to the home screen.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131022004000
2) Choose Nederlands as the default language during set-up
3) Open the browser app and navigate to www.google.com
4) Select the Star Icon button to bookmark the website
5) Select the bottom option with three words to add to the home screen
6) Observe the title is truncated:

The Add the Home Screen title gets truncated

Expected:
The full title would be displayed

The "Edit Bookmark" header is also truncated in the Nederlands language on Buri v 1.2.0 COM RIL

Can’t shorten these strings, they only need 2 - 4 characters of width.

Needs a general UX solution, like decreasing font size and/or by not putting title bar text between an arrow and another button (in general).
