STR:
1) Visit careers-dev.allizom.org/en-US/university on iOS 7 Safari
2) Tap the Hamburger menu
3) Notice that University is is selected.
4) Tap on the University menu item

5) The page reloads


Expected Results:

 We were already on the university page so tapping the university menu item should not lead to a full page reload. The drawer should be hidden if we tap on a section we are already viewing
Tagging as wont fix for now.

The nav currently does not disable sections you are currently on. For some of the pages like university or listings this would be easy, but the nav also links to sections on the homepage. And that complicates things.
