Description:
When WiFi is not available on DUT in Greek the all error messages are in English, instead of Greek.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to v1.2 Buri Build ID: 20131022004000 Commercial RIL
2) Set language to Greek
3) With Wifi and Data off, Open Browser
Actual:
“Offline mode “ and remaining error message is all in English
Expected:
Error message be in the localized language, as set-up in settings.
