The information in the expanded Notification bar menu about a missing SIM card is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to 20131022004000
2) Make sure the device does not have a SIM card inserted.
3) Choose Hungarian (Magyar) as the default language during set-up.
4) Drag down from the top of the screen to open the Notification menu.
5) Verify the information about the missing SIM is truncated ("A hasznalati adatokhoz helyezzen be egy S...").

Actual:
The information about the missing SIM card is truncated ("A hasznalati adatokhoz helyezzen be egy S...").

Expected:
The information about the missing SIM card would be fully displayed.
