a dialog box pops up stating that "the certificate was issued by a certificate
authority that Mozilla does not recognize"

the only options on this popup dialog are 

"View Certificate" button and a check box "Remember this certificate permanently"

there is no option to "continue" or "cancel" have to force quit Mozilla

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to https://128.4.40.10/~ntp/
2. try to get past the popup warning
3.

Actual Results:  nothing happened, freeze loop had to force quit Mozilla

Expected Results:  should have given option to "continue" or "cancel"
pretty sure this is reported.
