Completely black screen when loading Usage app (except for status bar at the top). Device is still functional, Usage app can be killed from Cards view.

I still see this issue when launching Usage. On one phone it launches but the graph is missing, and the other I get a white screen when it launches. I will file a new bug for this issue.
Resetting both devices fixed the issue, and now the app launches correctly and I can see the graph on both devices.
