Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri Build ID: 20131024004000
2) Open the Market Place app.
3) Tap on any app.
Actual:
App descriptions are not localized.
Expected:
App descriptions should be translated to be consistent with the rest of the Marketplace.

I assume this should be done by apps authors, or in any case, it would be an optional feature.
