After changing the device language to Russian, "Fixed dialing numbers" page the header and the text are truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri 1.2 COM RIL BuildID: 20131024004000
2) Choose Russian as the default language during set-up
3) Navigate into Settings App
4) Navigate into "Call Settings"
5) Navigate into "Fixed dialing numbers" menu

Actual:
The header and the text are truncated

Expected:
The header and the text fit into the page and not truncated
