Lightning prints local calendar events first before network calendar events, rather than ordering all events by time.

Build ID: 20130910160258
Steps to reproduce:
I have both local and network calendars created in Lightning. When I select all of the calendars for viewing, the entries from these calendars appear on the screen in proper time order for each day. I select all of the calendars to print a combined monthly calendar.
Actual results:
When the combined calendars are printed, items from the local calendars appear first for each day and then the network calendar items appear.
Expected results:
The entries for all of the calendars should appear in the proper time order for each day.
