Incoming Caller ID MMI title header is truncated.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri Build ID: 20131025004000
2) Open the Dialer App.
3) Dial *#30#
4) Press Call.
Actual:
Incoming Caller ID MMI title header is truncated.
Expected:
All titles should be seen completely.
