Tough to determine priority. Trying to determine with available data from bug 
58811.

SEVERITY = MEDIUM [(1)No Crash, (2)functional failure, (3)No Cosmetic failure]
VISIBILITY = MEDIUM [(1)May be real world website usage.] 

PRIORITY = VISIBILITY * SEVERITY

Hence Priority = p3

adding word "qawanted" because I'm setting this priority on available data & if 
someone feels otherwise then please investigate this more & feel free to change 
this priority.

Excuse me, but what is this bug about?  The navigator.mimeTypes array _does_
include plugins and does not include helper apps (bug 58811).  As far as I can
tell, this bug is worksforme.  What am I missing?
