Call Barring MMI title header is truncated.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri Build ID: 20131025004000
2) Open the Dialer App.
3) Dial *33*XXXX#" (where XXXX is a four digits password)
4) Press Call.
Actual:
Call Barring MMI title header is truncated.
Expected:
All titles should be seen completely.
