"Incoming Caller ID" MMI text is displayed truncated when device is set to Polish

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri V 1.2 COM RIL to BuildID: 20131025004000
2) Choose Polish as the default language during  set-up
3) Navigate to Dialer App
4) Input - *#30# into Dialer 
5) Press green Dialer button and observe

Actual:
"Incoming Caller ID" text is displayed truncated

Expected:
Text is displayed in its entirety

marking this as dependent on bug 908300, which proposes smaller text for headers that have truncation.

I think we should update the string to 'Caller ID'.  I don't think there's a need for 'incoming'
