Description:
The text in the title bar of the Incoming Caller ID page is truncated if the device is set to the Italian language.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20131025004000
2) Set the device language to Italian then restart the device.
3) Launch the Dialer app.
4) Enter the code *#30# then tap the Dial button.
5) When the Incoming Caller ID page loads, observe the text in the title bar.

Actual:
The text in the title bar is truncated.

Expected:
All of the text in title bar is shown.
