Description:
The title bar text for the A-GPS Settings (A-GPS-Einstellungen) in the Cellular & Date setting is truncated if the device is set to the German language.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20131025004000
2) Set the device language to German then restart the device.
3) Tap Einstellungen then Mobilfunk & Daten.
4) Select A-GPS-Einstellungen and observe the title bar text of the page that loads.

Actual:
The title bar text is truncated.

Expected:
The entire title bar text is shown in the device's set language.

The user tapped on a button with the exact same label to open that pane, so he should remember that > WONTFIX.
